In Memory of Patrick "Pat" J. Walsh
Our beloved son, brother, husband and friend, Patrick J. Walsh was suddenly taken from us on January 27, 2008.
Pat was born to Mike and Carol Walsh on October 13, 1959 in Spokane, WA. Pat was a graduate of John R. Rogers High School, Class of 1978.
Pat met the "bride of his youth", Gloria, in 1974 and later they were married in 1981. They were blessed with three wonderful boys, Matthew (21), Cody (18) and Kelly (14).
Pat was a 25-year employee of Motor Works Inc. of Spokane.
Pat will be dearly missed by all who knew him and he will be remembered for his "servant's heart".
Over the years he learned to fix about any car problem or home repair need and frequently did so for his numerous family members and friends. Pat was an avid fisherman, he loved trains, his gun collection and camping, but more than anything else, he loved Jesus and his family most of all.
An "Irishman" by blood, he was also eagerly "adopted" into his wife Gloria's large Italian family and was dearly loved by all of them.
Pat is survived by his wife Gloria; his sons, Matt, Cody and Kelly; siblings Kathy (Dan) Schwanz, Laura (Gerard) Hegel, P. Maureen Walsh, Tom (Allison) Walsh, and Michael (Lorra) Walsh; dear aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. His parents preceded him in death.
Visitation will be Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 2nd, 2008 at Calvary Chapel Spokane. Located at 511 W. Hastings at 11:00 AM, Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A reception will be held at Calvary Chapel after the services
